We live in an age of technology and social media even though these can be effective they can also bring a lot of negatives and toxic people in your. This is why I am writing a post about 20 Tips for Staying Positive in Life.

Let’s face it, in life you will work a job that has a toxic environment and colleagues that gossip about you.

Even have a narcissist boss, that gaslights you on a daily basis. 

Have family members that will be jealous of your achievements and think thinks come easy for you and choose not to see that you work your ass of to be where you are.

You will kiss some few frogs before you meet your prince charming.

Basically life can be unpleasant, unpredictable, and bittersweet. What matters is how you get up and get going despite all the bullshit that goes on and protect your energy from negative and toxic energies of people around you.

20 Tips for Staying Positive in Life

  • I and laugh often.
  • Surround yourself with people who align with the kind of life you want.
  • Cut people off who are toxic and negative.
  • Look in the mirror every morning and look at yourself while saying I AM affirmation.
  • Do what you love.
  • Have a dance it off an upbeat song.
  • Keep a gratitude journal.
  • If people rude are towards you let it go? Not worth getting upset over whatever personal issues have.
  • Forgive more, not for the other person but yourself.
  • Eat Wholesome foods or your anything you love.
  • Take yourself out for a date just by yourself. 
  • Have more social media hiatus in your life.
  • Be mindful of every single thing you do in you life.
  • Say No, it’s okay to put yourself first and set boundaries.
  • Realize that you cannot please everyone and be content with fact.
  • Listen to music.
  • Listen to motivational speakers every morning, it is amazing how they shift your perspective about life, business and love.
  • Have more me times, and take care of yourself first before another human being.
  • Have a vacation all by yourself and soak in the sites, food and cultures.
  • Get enough sleep.
