Last sure proved that anything is possible, I mean I felt like I was living in some Steven Spielberg horror movie. The horror of the movie is the pandemic that is still going on to this day. We are still uncertain about our way of life. This made me realise that life is too short l, there here are 6 things to leave behind in 2020.
My motto this year is if it does not nourish my soul and mind it is damn well not worth my freaking energy.
Toxic Relationships include family, friends, and work.
As much as most of us want peace, let’s not forget the world has narcissists and negative people who make us feel shitty about ourselves.
By making us feel like we are less than nothing. Let the go honey.
There is nothing like the past to hold you back. Whatever happened let it go, whomever wronged you and you are still waiting for them to ask for forgiveness. STOP HOLDING YOUR BREATH AND LIVE.
My favorite quote is below I think it explains itself. You need to learn to control your mind or your mind will control you.
“Don’t let people who don’t care about you, manipulate your mind, feelings and emotions or control how you think about yourself. Never give that much power to someone else.”
Excuses are really a thing of the past. Time is really for me because I was the queen of excuses.
Somehow I told myself that this year is the year of possibilities and standing up for myself.
These are people whole smile in you presence and stab you in the back when you turn around.
Witnessed a lot of this last year and all I have to say is f*ck you all, I don’t need you in my life.
Another thing that dominated my life in 2020. Due to narcissistic people in all aspects of life.
I was stressed to the point that I nearly had a nervous breakdown down because of people.
This will no longer be the case because I refuse to give anyone power over my mental health and well-being.
Here is to a year we take back our power from bullies and shine through their bullshit without breaking a sweat.
These are the 6 things to leave behind in 2020 for me. What are the things you are leaving in 2020?
