AGING IS NOT FOR THE FAINT-HEARTED
I know what you must be thinking. What the hell does she know about aging, when she is in her thirties? Let me tell you why I think aging is not for the faint-hearted. Back in college I could eat whatever I wanted and still fit into my size 32 jeans.
I could eat dairy products and not turn into a gas and farting machine. Was able to go to the club, dance all night and still function the following day.
Now a day of walking around shopping means I need to rest up the following day.
Believe me when I say , I never went to the gym in my school and college days and my body was still bloody fabulous. Ok I admit it that , I have been blaming it on having babies as to why my body changed but in reality. It is all the eating just about anything that is catching up with me.
So, yes aging is not for the faint-hearted because the list of foods that make me feel bloated and gassy is getting long each day. At this rate I swear, wont having anything left to eat.
My poor diet is showing on my skin and I have to wear make-up to cover up, because cannot rock my bear fresh face without feeling self conscious.
That is how the BB cream become my best friend to hide those enlarged pores, dark under eyes and looking tired face. They just got worse with being a new mom and lack of sleep.
Although I miss rocking my size 32 jeans, also love my French fries as well. Oh! Forgot to mention diets are not for me. Just have to be mindful to what I eat and make healthier choices without feeling like I am on a diet.
Of course will occasionally indulge in McDonalds McFeast extra large once in a while, because just love my food.
Oh , yes also have to start exercising and drinking lots of water too ( well this I have been doing, thanks to breastfeeding for making me thirty)
When did you start feeling that aging sucks?
