I joined the headspace app because I have been really stressed and depressed lately. I was skeptical about the whole meditation thing but I was will try it out.
What I loved about the Headspace meditation app , is that it helped me ease into the meditation process and busted the myths I had about meditation.
Myths are the whole sitting quietly and not letting your mind wonder.
What I did not like about the Headspace Meditation App is that the trial is only 10 days. Then if you want to continue you have to take up a subscription of monthly or yearly.
In my opinion it would have been better to offer 30 days trial.
