MY REVIEW
Love that the pump comes already assembled in the box, that was a relief for me because hate putting things together. The box is small and portable.
Tried using the pump ,on my first try could not express any milk and got worried that I just wasted my money.
Few days later I removed the silicone diaphragm that comes with it and voila, was able to pump milk and filled the whole bottle of 150ml in one go.
Found it easy to use when my son is sleeping because it does not make noise and it is very gentle on my breast.
Spectra Handy Plus Manual Breast Pump works for me and fits into my lifestyle because I want my son to get used to drinking from the bottle for when I go back to work and gets on formula in January.
Also expresding to build up my milk stash for when I go out for errands it is convenient.
Well it is a manual pump , you have got to be patient to make it work otherwise get yourself an electrical breast pump. Fits very well into my lifestyle and also use it to ease breast engorgement when the baby is sleeping and not feeding.
The price is R259.00 at Takealot.
