The New Herbalife Formula 1 Cappuccino Shake Mix

In collaboration with Herbalife I have been trying the new Herbalife Formula 1 Cappuccino Shake Mix.

They sent me in their breakfast pack. Did you know that “Breakfast literally means to ‘break the fast’?

After approximately 12 hours without fuel, it’s easy to see why breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day, as it provides your body with essential energy to get the day started.

In the breakfast pack that Herbalife sent it, includes the new Herbalife Formula 1 Cappuccino Shake Mix.

I will be reviewing the breakfast products individually and giving you my honest opinion on.

1. Herbalife Formula 1 Cappuccino Shake Mix

The new Cappuccino shake flavour adds to their other 8 flavours. Formula 1 Shake provides protein and key nutrients and ideal for on the go breakfast.

Contains:

• It is a source of protein with 18g per serving
• Source of some daily essential vitamins and minerals and
  Is developed by experts in nutrition.
• Quick to make
• Also, can be personalised with favourite fruits.

VERDICT
When it comes to meal replacement shakes, I have not had the best experience.

After trying the new Herbalife Formula 1 Cappuccino Shake Mix, it has changed my mind. I had not found a product that was compatible with my taste buds.

I enjoyed the Cappuccino flavour so much that I am interested in trying other flavours.

Gave up coffee because I took too much sugar with it, which was not healthy and made me sick .

There was no way I was going to drink bitter coffee (it takes just horrible).
This flavour will be a hit with coffee lovers and it’s healthier too.

2.Herbalife Instant Herbal Beverage Original Flavour

Low in kilojoules (26kj per serving) and infused with green and black tea. Available in other 3 flavours. Increases alertness it’s a terrific way to start the day.
VERDICT
I must be honest  found the Herbalife Instant Herbal Beverage in Original Flavour a bitter and I don’t like it. Maybe if I tried other flavours, but this flavour is not for me tried it cold and hot.

3. Herbalife Formula 1 Express Bar

The Herbalife Formula 1 Express Bar the are ideal for when you need a snack on the go. They have the nutritional goodness of the formula 1 shake.

High in protein and fibre and contains vitamins and minerals.

Free from artificial preservatives and suitable for lacto vegetarians.

• 13g protein in every bar.
• 8g of fibre per bar , to help towards daily fibre intake.
• Provides vitamins and minerals including Vitamin C , B1 and B12, calcium, iron and essential nutrients.

Available in two delicious flavours: Chocolate and Red fruits and Yoghurt.
VERDICT
Took me a while to get use to it , but hey after 2 bars I got used to the taste everything is balanced. My husband loved the bars from day one that he consumed more than me .

4.Herbalife Protein Bars

Its a delicious high protein snack. The contains 538 kJ per bar , 10g of protein and 15g of carbohydrates. Good source of vitamins B1, B2, and B6 and available in 3 flavours.
VERDICT
Received the chocolate peanut , not really a fan of peanut but I must say the taste blow me away. Ideal for people who have a sweet tooth but with less sugar than regular chocolate .

5.Herbalife Herbal Aloe Concentrate Original

Is a tasty and kJ drink controlled drink. Contains 40 % Aloe Vera derived from the whole Aloe Vera leaf. The gel is extracted using cold processing which is best to achieve the highest quality.

The original flavoured variant contains citrus to give your water a refreshing flavour twist. Comes in two flavours.
VERDICT
I thought it was going to taste horrible but to my surprise the it was pretty delicious and refreshing.

I struggle to drink water and it has helped me consume the required daily water in the past week.
